Based on the principle of high performance continuous gradient alloy near netting technology, the company has developed and launched the constituency laser melting gradient metal printing facility AFS-M120XT, which enables precise control of the material gradient in a horizontal/vertical direction and completes the alternation of the Fae powder with the vertical multi-polluter layer supply/spare system, which enables the manufacture of multi-dimensional enrichment materials of more than three cents of the gradient. The horizontal/vertical gradient function is particularly applicable to the performance research and development of composite metal materials; the powder supply system can achieve the exact availability of continuous gradients for two or more metal materials; changes in the horizontal/vertical gradients are available, reducing process complexity, saving powder raw materials and increasing R & D efficiency; changes in gradients in the horizontal direction of two materials can be achieved by preparing two full-scale gradients; the formation precision is high and macro-marked the gradient ratio on the manufacturing material; and gradient alloys with custom ratios can be manufactured by changing the powder storage facility.
