R series R R equipment

The R-series equipment is research and development-oriented for universities, research institutes, enterprise research and development institutes, etc. The series achieves a maximum print accuracy of 0.1 mm, 1,200 DPI resolution, 165cc/h printing speed and 67% green density. The equipment is easy to operate quickly and has the flexibility to replace powder materials and adhesive ink with a simple structure that is easy to maintain and effectively safeguards scientific efficiency and replicability of experiments. The use of autonomously developed engineering and data-processing software, which is open and adaptable to process parameters, is not only compatible with the variety of materials, but also more suitable for exploratory research and rapid preparation of new materials. The company also has the autonomous design capability of the glue formulation to meet the development needs of customers for new materials and new applications for custom glue.

P-series production equipment

The P-series equipment is of a production type for the industries of MIM, moulds, knives, etc. The equipment in this series uses the latest powdered single-cylinder structure, equipped with a V+ precision faller system, a double-sharp complex of high-condensed powdering systems, automatic nozzle cleaning, built-in air purification systems, etc., to operate quickly and flexibly to replace powder materials and glue ink to effectively safeguard production efficiency. A maximum print accuracy of 0.1 mm, a resolution of 1,200 DPI, a maximum printing speed of 10 L/h and a green density of 67% can be achieved. The company also has the autonomous design capability of the glue formulation to meet the development needs of customers for new materials and new applications for custom glue.
